The Challenge
Acumen Business law made a bold move in the legal industry, by scrapping the hourly rate system and operate with a fixed fee-pricing model. They also broke away from the aloof culture that is associated with the legal profession - positioning themselves as approachable, accessible and unpretentious. Our challenge was to create a campaign to shout about their innovative B2B approach.
The Outcome
The playful and relaxed nature of the campaign went a long way in improving relationships with existing clients. The tone and approach applied also attracted many new clients who switched over to Acumen Business Law - finding that the firm was a breath of fresh air and got the job done seamlessly, without all the fuss of a more traditional Legal Firm.
